Common questions
Can I pay cash or card?
Pay by card on this site (Prixon Shuttle checkout). EFT and cash are available for confirmed bookings. Lodge and corporate accounts can invoice.
Do you wait if the flight is late?
Yes. Give us the flight number. We track the landing and hold the driver. After-midnight arrivals use the same published CBD rate.
Shared or private?
Airport transfers are private at the published rate. Inter-city seats can be shared on the timetable, or you can book the vehicle privately.
Luggage and child seats?
One suitcase and one cabin bag per passenger is standard. Extra luggage and child seats — note it when you book. Boosters and infant seats at no extra charge when available.
Cancellation?
Airport transfers: free up to 4 hours before pickup. Inter-city seats: 24 hours. Tours: as stated on your confirmation. No-shows are charged.
